DETAILS

Escape the modern rush of life and slow down by connecting with ancient tradition. Carve your own tools like your ancestors of old such as the drinking vessel called the Kuksa. This is a cup of Scandinavian origin that tells a story about history and the person who carved it. To create this work of art, you will learn how to use different sharp tools, how to maintain a sharp blade, and how to source your own material in order to continue using the skills you learned at home! This class is designed for any level of skill so whether you are a beginner or a seasoned carver looking for more dirt time and community we can accommodate you.
