Love maple syrup!? Love pancakes!? Want to know more about the process of making delicious syrup from trees right here in Cortland, NY!? Join us for a family- friendly, outdoor pancakesyrup-alooza! This event is 100% outside! Food served: 9:00am-1:00pm | OCM BOCES Syrup demonstrations: 9:00am-12:00pm We’ll taste sap running right out of the tree, sample delicious jack wax in our own Sugar Shack, and enjoy delicious pancakes with local syrup! We’ll stay warm with hot chocolate and local coffee from Coffee Mania.
